If the jpn-scart cable plug pin11 does not have a 5v output, the relative jpn-led will not light.but it can work normally,

If you encounter the use of EUR-SCART cable to connect to SCA101, the EUR-LED does not light up and the screen lacks green, indicating that the SCART cable is not standard. Try to find a way to make the PIN8 of the EUR-SCART cable plug have 5V power supply. For example, use the red wire of the extra USB cable to be soldered to the PIN8 of the EUR-SCART cable plug, and the black wire to the ground wire of the EUR-SCART cable plug, so that the USB cable can supply power to the EUR-SCART.
